All items under the final sale or accessories tabs are final sale. All items discounted 30% or more are final sale.
Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please include your email address you would like your store credit issued to when contacting us. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is processed you will receive online store credit. You will be issued a refund for the purchase price (minus discounts used) and not including shipping costs. All returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of the delivery date.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and in original condition with Variety Row tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be given credit and items will be sent back for a return fee. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If we are unable to make contact with you, the items will be donated after 30 days.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. After item is received the new item will be processed within 1-4 business days.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to us is attempted.
