RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All items listed under Final Sale or Accessories are final sale. Items discounted 30% or more are also final sale and not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted for store credit only. To initiate a return, please contact us and include the email address you would like your store credit issued to. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All approved returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. Once your return is received and processed, online store credit will be issued for the purchase price, minus any discounts used and excluding original shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and in original condition with Variety Row tags attached.

Items with makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted. If returned in this condition, the item will be sent back to the customer for a return shipping fee.

If we are unable to make contact regarding an unapproved return, items will be donated after 30 days.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

Once the original item is received, the replacement item will be processed within 1–4 business days, pending availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item with damage or a defect, please email us at varietyrowboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Your email must include clear photos of the issue.

If we are not notified within this timeframe, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

PLEASE NOTE

Exact colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Pattern placement may also vary.

These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects. If a return is attempted for these reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
