Porch Pick-up Details

Porch pick-up is located 5 minutes from downtown Fortville, IN. We will message you the address after your purchase is made. Your bag will be in a plastic tote on the porch. It will have your name on it. 

-When your order is ready you will receive and email. Please allow 1-3 business days to fulfill order. Please reach out with any requests for faster fulfillment. We will try our best to accommodate those if able. 

-Please only take your package. We love and trust our customers and are excited to be able to provide this service. We want to offer this option to save you some money and lower the wait time on your exciting new purchase. If theft becomes a problem we will have to discontinue this option. Thank you for your cooperation!

-You can come anytime that is convenient for you! You do not have to let us know you are coming!

-If item is not picked up within 2 weeks item will be refunded and able to be sold to another customer. We will reach out and remind you to the best of our ability. Return period of 14 days starts the day the item is placed on the porch. Please reach out if something comes up and you cannot pick up within the 2 week window. 

-Select Porch pick-up at checkout to utilize this option. Porch pick-up is free!

-If you choose the wrong option at checkout please contact us the same day to correct the mistake. If you choose to have your item shipped after selecting porch pick-up you will be sent an invoice for the shipping charge.
