PORCH PICK-UP POLICY

Porch pick-up is located approximately 5 minutes from downtown Fortville, Indiana. After your purchase is made, we will message you with the pick-up address.

Your order will be placed in a plastic tote on the porch with your name clearly labeled.

 

ORDER FUFILLMENT

  • When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order fulfillment.

  • If you need faster fulfillment, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.


PICK-UP GUIDELINES

  • Please only take your own package. We trust our customers and love being able to offer this convenient option.

  • Porch pick-up is offered to help save on shipping costs and reduce wait time. If theft becomes an issue, this option may need to be discontinued. Thank you for helping us keep this service available.


TIMING

  • You may pick up your order at any time that is convenient for you. There is no need to notify us before arriving.

  • Orders must be picked up within two weeks of being placed on the porch. If an item is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be refunded and made available for purchase by another customer.

  • The 15-day return period begins on the day the item is placed on the porch.

  • If something comes up and you are unable to pick up within the two-week window, please reach out. We are always happy to communicate.


CHECKOUT SELECTION

  • Select Porch Pick-Up at checkout to use this option. Porch pick-up is free.

  • If the incorrect delivery option is selected at checkout, please contact us the same day to make corrections.

  • If you choose to have your order shipped after selecting porch pick-up, an invoice for the shipping charge will be sent.
