This top is smocked around the waistline and the back of the bust. It has an adjustable tie in the front that allows you to adjust how low the top is cut in the front. The bottom has a little ruffle where it meets your pants. The shoulders and arms have an elastic band to keep them in place.

Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of the delivery date.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and in original condition with Variety Row tags attached.
