This dress has so many cute details. Between the scalloped hem around the neckline to the tie shoulders, to the little ruffle around the bottom... its sooo cute! The rose color of this dress makes me want to grab a bottle of Rosé! 

The fit of this dress is so easy with the empire waist and the only fitted place being the bust. It is running a little tight in the bust so we suggest sizing up if you are chesty. The ties on the shoulders do not until the whole strap and are merely for looks. The back has a bit of smocking to give it some stretch.
